This one pot meal is healthy and perfectly cooked every time…enjoy!
1 ½ lbs. Stew Beef cut into large chunks
1 Large Can Whole Tomatoes with juice, quartered
1 Cup Celery, cut into 1″ pieces
2 cups Carrots, cut into 1″ pieces
½ cup Onion, chopped
1 TBSP Salt
5 TBSP Minute Tapioca
1 tsp Sugar
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
Black Pepper to taste
Potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
Preheat oven to 275°. Combine all ingredients and spread into a crockpot. Cover and bake for 3 hours. Add large chunks of potatoes, replace lid, and bake another 3 hours. Enjoy with crusty bread.
