6 Large Sweet Potatoes
1 Stick Butter, softened
1 Can (21 oz.) Apple Pie Filling
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into large chunks. Add to a pot of cold water and bring to a boil, cooking until tender. Drain and mash with butter. Stir in pie filling and serve, or add to a casserole and keep warm in a 300° oven until serving.
