With a few staples on hand, you’ll never run out of fresh pizza…aromatherapy at it’s best! Kick it up a notch by adding ham, tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado, or pesto. No matter what, this pizza is guaranteed to vanish quickly. It’s full of whole grains, protein, and healthy fats that will keep your little ones going for hours.
Ezekiel or Whole Grain Tortillas
Your favorite Cheeses (I use Cheddar, Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago)
Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400°. For each pizza, place a tortilla on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle with about ½ cup cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown around edges.
Meanwhile, add ½ tbsp olive oil to a nonstick skillet set on medium heat. Add egg, and cook until white is solid, but yolk is still runny.
Transfer pizza onto a plate, place egg on top and serve.
