1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 Small Onion, chopped
1 Bag Shredded Cabbage and Carrots
1 Can Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup
Preheat oven to 375°. Suaté onion and ground beef until beef is cooked through; drain. Spread half of the cabbage into a greased 11×7″ baking dish. Cover with beef and onion. Add the rest of the cabbage and spread the tomato soup over the top. Cover with foil and bake about 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender; enjoy!
