½ Cup Butter, softened
½ Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1 Can Fat-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup Coconut
6 oz. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour and mix well. Pat into a greased 8″ square pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over baked layer. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes more or until golden brown around the edges. Cool on wire rack before slicing and enjoy!
