Hey, it works for me, are you with me ladies? This quick mousse pie is SO decedent, your friends and family will ever suspect you made the filling in just minutes in your microwave!
1 Cup Milk
2 ½ Cups Mini Marshmallows
1 ¼ Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 oz. Semisweet Baker’s Chocolate
2 (10 oz.) Cartons Cool Whip
Pour milk into a large microwavable mixing bowl. Add marshmallows, chocolate bar, chocolate chips, and baking bar. Cook 3 minutes in microwave on high. Stir. Continue cooking for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Do not overcook. Stir in Cool Whip and pour into cooled Oreo crust (recipe below). Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
20 Oreos or other sandwich cookies
¼ Cup Butter, melted
Place cookies in small batches in a food processor to form crumbs. Add melted butter and spread in bottom and half way up sides of a greased 9 or 10 inch deep dish pie plate. Cool before filling.
