brie & honey, steamed broccoli & peanut sauce, Nan bread & mango chutney, refried beans & cheddar, olives & feta, fresh tuna and seaweed salad, scallops & bacon, eggs & antipasto, tomatoes & fresh mozzarella, lump crab & honey mustard, burgers & blue cheese, tuna & wasabi peas, cornbread & honey, popcorn & M&M’s, and my VERY favorite…chocolate and peanut butter. This pie is the perfect combination of graham crackers, chocolate, & peanut butter-truly heavenly!
1 Package (3.4 oz) Cook-and-Serve Chocolate Pudding Mix
½ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cup Whipped Topping
1 Graham Cracker Crust, baked and cooled (recipe below)
Prepare pudding according to package directions. Remove from the heat; whisk in peanut butter. Place pan in a bowl of ice water for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into the crust. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
6 TBSP Butter, melted
¼ Cup Sugar
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease pie plate with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together with a fork until crumbly and moistened. Firmly press mixture over the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack before filling.
