With only a few simple ingredients, you can whip up this unique & delicious dinner your family will love!
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
4 TBSP Butter, softened
½ tsp Onion Powder
2 Large Cans (10 oz. each) Chicken Breast, drained
2 Cups Frozen Corn
1 Box Pillsbury Pie Crust
Preheat oven to 400°. In a large microwave safe bowl, combine cream cheese and butter. Microwave in 15 second interval until able to stir until smooth.
Add onion powder, chicken, and corn and stir until combined.
Unroll pie crust and cut each crust into quarters. On one quarter of pie crust dough, put ¼ of mixture. Place as second quarter of pie crust dough over the top and use a fork to seal crust around edges. Repeat until you have 4 pockets. Cut 2 small slits on the tops of each pocket. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown; enjoy!
