3 ½ Cups 1% Milk
1 Cup Uncooked White Rice
1 Can Fat-free Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 Cup Raisins
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
Combine milk and rice; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is creamy and liquid is almost absorbed, about 25 minutes. Stir in condensed milk, raisins, and vanilla. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes and enjoy!
