6 Heaping Cups of French Bread, cubed
6 TBSP Butter
4 Eggs, beaten
2 Cups Milk
½ Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange bread cubes in the bottom of a greased 11×9″ pan. Melt butter and drizzle over bread. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over the bread. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with raisins if desired.
