Full of cheese and sure to please…enjoy!
1 Loaf Frozen White Bread Dough, thawed
½-1 Cup Cheese of your choice
2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
2 TBSP Flour
Preheat oven to 350°. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a 16″x10″ rectangle on a floured surface. Set the Parmesan aside and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese, leaving a 1-inch border. Beginning with a long side, roll up dough, pinching seams and ends to seal. Place roll, seam side down, on a baking sheet coated with parchment paper. Cut diagonal slits into top of the roll. Cover and let rise in a warm place 1 1/2 hours or until double in size. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the roll. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
