1 Can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
4 oz. Crumbled Feta Cheese (light or regular)
1 Cup Mayo (light or regular)
1/2 Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2-4 oz. Diced Pimientos, drained
1 Clove Garlic (optional)
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into an oven proof dish and bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until heated.
