1 Package Girl Scout Shortbread Cookies
¼ Cup Butter, melted
2 Packages Girl Scout Lemonade Cookies
1 Package Cream Cheese, softened
½ Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
Place shortbread cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Add butter; pulse just until blended. Press into a greased pie plate. Freeze 10 minutes. Wipe out food processor and pulse lemonade cookies until fine crumbs form. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in Lemonade cookies crumbs. In a another bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust. Freeze for 2 hours or more and enjoy!
