2 Cans Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cups Light Sour Cream
½ Cup Water
½ tsp Pepper
1 Package (26 oz.) Frozen Cubed Potatoes
2 Cups Cooked Ham, diced
2 Cups Light Cheddar Cheese
½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 375°. Whisk together soup, sour cream, water, and pepper until combined. Stir in frozen potatoes, ham, and cheeses.
Transfer to 2 greased 8×8″ dishes. Bake, covered, for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
