This is a great make-ahead dish and real crowd pleaser. To prepare the day before, just prepare the crust and add ham, asparagus and cheese, then cover and refrigerate. Pour the sour cream mixture over the pie before baking. Then sit back and enjoy your company!
7 oz. Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked and drained
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
3 TBSP Butter, melted
1 Cup Cubed Cooked Ham
1 Small Bunch Asparagus Spears, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 ½ Cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
½ Cup Light Sour Cream
1 tsp Dried Dill Weed
In a large bowl, beat eggs; add spaghetti, parmesan, and butter; mix well. Press onto the bottom and up sides of a greased 10-inch pie plate. Combine ham and asparagus and spoon into crust. Sprinkle with Swiss Cheese. Beat eggs, sour cream and dill; pour over cheese. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until crust is set and center is lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
