¼ Cup Onion, chopped
1 TBSP Butter
1 Cup Half & Half
4 Eggs, beaten
½ tsp Dry Mustard
¼ tsp Pepper
2 Cups Light Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1½ Cups Ham, diced
1 9-inch Pie Crust
Preheat oven to 350°. Sauté onions in butter until tender. Whisk together cream, eggs, mustard, and pepper. Set aside.
Sprinkle ham over bottom of pie crust. Top with half of the cheese. Cover with onion and add remaining cheese. Pour cream mixture over cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
