¼ Cup Butter, melted
¼ Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Half & Half
3 (10 oz.) Cans Chicken Breast, drained
1 (2 oz. ) Jar pimiento, drained and chopped
7 oz. Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked and drained
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 350°. In a microwavable bowl, whisk together butter and flour. Gradually add broth and cream, stirring until smooth. Microwave at medium high 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes. Combine sauce, chicken, pimiento and spaghetti, blend well. Spoon mixture into a greased 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated, enjoy!
