1 Bunch of Kale, leaves only
Lay kale out on a microwave safe plate. Lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray, sprinkle with salt, and cook on high for one minute. Flip the leaves, then cook on high until the leaves are dried and crisp, about another minute. Enjoy!
