Need a last minute dinner? You can whip this lasagna up in five minutes and your family will love you for it!
26 oz. Spaghetti Sauce
2 13-oz. Packages Frozen Large Cheese Ravioli, thawed
2 Cups Low fat Cottage Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
½ Cup Parmesan
Heat oven to 375°. Spray a 9×13″ baking dish with nonstick spray. Spoon a thin layer of sauce into the bottom of pan. On top of the sauce, layer ½ of the ravioli, sauce, cottage cheese, and mozzarella. Repeat layering, and sprinkle with Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes. Allow lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
