This is easy, healthy crisp can be whipped up in minutes. Feel free to use any frozen fruit you like. It also makes a great breakfast!
32 oz. Frozen Mixed Berries or Berries of your choice
¼ Cup Sugar
2 TBSP Cornstarch
2 Cups Low Fat Granola
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine berries, cornstarch, and sugar. Spread into an ungreased 8″ baking pan. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with granola. Return to oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Great with vanilla frozen yogurt!
