1 Cup Skim Milk
½ Cup Raisins
½ Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 Can Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
10-12 Cups Cubed French Bread
Whisk together milk, raisins, brown sugar, vanilla, condensed milk, and eggs. Add bread cubes and toss gently. Chill for one hour.
Preheat oven to 350°. Spoon the bread mixture into an 11×7″ or 9×13″ greased pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with vanilla frozen yogurt and enjoy!
