Try this with your next summer BBQ. It can be made ahead and your kids will love it!
1 box (13.25 oz.) Whole Wheat Macaroni, cooked, drained, and cooled
2 Cans (7 oz. each) Light Tuna in Water, drained and flaked
4 Celery Stalks, diced
2 Cups Light Mayo
5 TBSP Italian Salad Dressing
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Juice of one lemon
4 Eggs, hard boiled and chilled
Combine macaroni, tuna, and celery in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, salad dressing, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir together macaroni mixture and mayo mixture. Slice eggs, arrange on top of salad, and sprinkle with paprika; enjoy!
