5 Cups Slightly Crushed Multigrain Tortilla Chips
3 Cups Canned Chicken, drained
32 oz. Black Bean or Chunky Salsa
10 oz. Frozen Corn
½ Cup Light Sour Cream
2 TBSP All-purpose Flour
1 ½ Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350°. Spread 3 Cups of chips in a greased 9×13″ dish. Combine chicken, salsa, corn, sour cream, and flour; spoon over tortilla chips.
Bake, uncovered for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining chips and the cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes more or until heated through.
