1 lb. Ground Beef
½ Cup Onion, chopped
1 Can (11 oz.) Mexicorn, drained
1 Large Jar Picante Sauce
1 Can (4 oz.) Chopped Green Chilies, drained
10 Corn Tortillas
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 375°. Sauté ground beef and onions until meat is browned and onions are tender; drain. Add corn, picante sauce, and green chilies. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Layer 5 tortillas in the bottom of a greased in a 9×13″ pan. Spread half of the meat mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy!
