½ Cup Fat-free Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Box Devil’s Food Cake Mix
7 TBSP Butter, melted
1 Egg, lightly beaten
3 tsp All-Purpose Flour
2 TBSP Skim Milk
27 Small Soft Caramel Candies (about 8 oz.)
½ Cup Semi-Sweeet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine condensed milk, cake mix, butter and egg in a bowl (batter will be very stiff). Coat a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray; lightly dust with flour. Press two-thirds of batter into prepared pan; pat evenly (layer will be thin).
Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Combine skim milk and caramels in a bowl and microwave at HIGH about 2 minutes or until caramels melt, stirring after each minute.
Sprinkle brownie layer with chocolate chips. Drizzle caramel mixture over chips. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over caramel. Bake for 30 minutes more or until set. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
