2-½ Cups Warm Cooked Brown Rice
¼ Cup Butter, melted
1-½ Cups Diced Cooked Ham
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
½ Cup Milk
¼ tsp Paprika
Preheat oven to 350°. With the back of a spoon, press rice into a greased 9-inch pie plate to form a crust. Drizzle with butter. Bake for 5 minutes, remove from oven. Combine ham and cheeses and sprinkle over rice. Beat eggs, milk, and paprika and pour over ham mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
