16 oz. Whole Wheat Spaghetti
1 lb. Italian Sausage, cooked and drained
24 oz. Jar Spaghetti Sauce
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
5 TBSP Butter, melted
15 oz. Part-Skim Ricotta
2 TBSP Dried Parsley
1/4 Cup Light Sour Cream
4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a 9×13″ pan with cooking spray. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Whisk together eggs, parmesan and butter; toss with pasta.
Combine ricotta, parsley, and sour cream.
Combine spaghetti sauce and sausage.
Layer half of the pasta mixture, half of ricotta mixture, half of meat sauce and half of mozzarella. Repeat layers. Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes and enjoy!
