4 Cups Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup plus 3 TBSP All-Purpose Flour, divided
1/2 Cup Oats
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Coconut
1/4 Cup cold Butter, cubed
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, toss strawberries with sugar and 3 TBSP flour. Spread the berries into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Combine oats, brown sugar, coconut, and remaining flour in a food processor. Add the cubed butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture over berries. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
