4 Cups Diced Strawberries
4 Cups Diced Rhubarb
¼-½ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Water
1 Lemon Juiced, optional
Combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, water and lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat for 30-45 minutes or longer depending on how thick you like it. Try it with frozen yogurt for a delicious dessert!
