Sorry Mr. Turkey, you’re our favorite!
This pie takes only minutes to prepare if you have leftover turkey or chicken in the fridge. If not, it works great with rotisserie chicken. It’s a nice little change from Shepard’s Pie, and a huge hit with kids. Gobble it up, it’s GOOD stuff!
6 Cups Prepared Stuffing
6 Cups Cooked Turkey or Chicken, diced
2 Packages (10 oz. each) Frozen Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrot Blend, thawed and chopped
2 Jars (12 oz. each) Gravy
Heat oven to 375°. While preparing stuffing, combine remaining ingredients and spread into a greased 9×13″ pan. Cover with stuffing and bake for 30 minutes or until heated.
