6 oz. Egg Noodles, cooked and drained
2 ½ Cups Water
2.6 oz. Dried Beef Gravy Mix
1 Cup Light Sour Cream
2 TBSP Dried Parsley
18 oz. Frozen Fully Cooked Meatballs, thawed
Heat oven to 375°. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Combine water and gravy mix in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Add egg noodles, parsley and meatballs and stir gently to coat. Spoon mixture into prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes or until heated; enjoy!
