4 Cups Dry Whole Wheat Macaroni
2/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Cup Reduced-fat Cheddar Cheese
8 oz. Velveeta, shredded
4-1/2 Cups Evaporated Skim Milk
Spray a Crock-Pot with non-stick cooking spray. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into Crock-Pot. Cover, cook on high 1-1/2 hours, stirring once half way through cooking time.
