1 1¼ Cups All-Purpose Flour
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
2/3 Cups Butter, melted
1 Can Low-Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
¼ Cup Corn Syrup
½ Cup Chopped Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine flour and sugar. Stir in ½ Cup butter and mix in to form a dough. Press into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly golden. In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, corn syrup, and remaining butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture turns a light caramel color and thickens. Spread over warm crust. Top with chocolate. Chill in fridge until firm before cutting into squares; enjoy!
