2 Cups Cooked Turkey, diced
2 Cups Vegetables, chopped, or Frozen Mixed Vegetables
½ Cup Celery, chopped
2 Cans Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Milk
2 TBSP Butter, melted
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
¼ tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 425°. Combine all filling ingredients except cheese in a saucepan. Cook until warmed through.
Combine milk, eggs, and butter in a bowl; beat at medium speed one minute. Add flour and salt and continue to beat until smooth, about one minute.
Pour warm turkey mixture into greased 9×13″ baking dish. Top with cheese. Pour topping mixture over cheese.
Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned. Enjoy!
