Ezekiel English Muffins or 100% Whole Grain Buns, Toasted
Sliced Cheese (Provolone, Mozzerella, or Cheddar)
Canadian Bacon (Preferably Nitrite Free)
Eggs, cooked over easy or over medium
Sliced Tomato (optional)
